This is the EXC-Near Mint RARE blue version of Ginger's 

1957 Watko bedroom set! 

Also the Watko metal bistro set! 

The bedroom set without the vanity reached $338.00 on Ebay. 

 I have looked for the complete pieces in blue for years!

 I have also have this set in red and mint green,

but love the blue!

Also you can see the metal Watko bistro set 

or patio to the right. VERY RARE!

The multi colored umbrella to the table is missing and 

the thick cardboard seats and top are still

 in very good condition after all these years!

(The set is now in my Minnie cafe)

I believe this table set is one of the earliest 50's sets

 as Watko switched to wooden seats in later sets. 

Also  the underside style of the bistro seats changed

 as wooden seats were later stapled on.

Ginny loves to primp! There is some wear on the chrome mirror.

The mattress is tagged Watko and the bed, stool and 

vanity came as a bedroom set. 

Great roll style pillow with red edging.

The plastic fabric is still in VGC after these years!

 (tear in ruffle hem blends in the folds).

 The living room set is really EXC 

and the coffee table top is replaced. 

It was white fiberboard originally to look like formica. 

I used a red tissue table top to accent the Valentine theme.

 There are over a hundred vintage style valentines

 that I created from originals

 and yes, it took months! 

The Watko living room includes red plastic shirred couch ,

chair, and wrought iron coffee table 

In my opinion Watko furniture is the best as it depicts 

the 50's quality of furniture 

crafted to perfection!
