I added a blue chair to the other vanity

and Ginny is seated on a matching blue chair

hoping to show her

 Jean Shrimpton style

She will teach the new girls all about perms

 A Toni play wave set I made on the right

6 vintage flower sprays came in the planter to this set

and they are the same flowers used on Ginny hats

( a fabulous bonus as these individual 

floral sprays are scarce and pricey)

I purchased a partial salon set and the planter

 above came with 6 more flower sprays

from the same partial  set

Extra chairs are gently played with

The pink Ginny suitcase by Vogue 

has flannel pajamas sent to me

by one of the original Medford sewers

 over 25 years ago. 

The suitcase was mine as a child

 and has two small melt marks

I added an original Ginny robe

  slippers, mirror, and comb

Ginny sometimes sleeps out back 

when she opens evenings

I thought adding a mini doll beauty parlor

 would be cute for babies with wet hair

I hope you remember Spoolies!

These are actual 50's pink rubber Spoolies 

(dried and cracked with age since this pic)

and Ginny displays them folded and upright

Rubber curlers are perfect for curling hair

The Emory boards and long skinny box are

My Merry items

I made the faux Blue Waltz gift set

Two reclining barber style chairs

(one from a partial set)

The first customer is a pink bear

with hair clips

Miniature pink tea set on the right recliner

 is by Rement .

In the previous photo 

you can see the tea actually in the cup

Two Easter morning (stylists ) welcome your business

On Mother's Day haircuts are free!

The stylist on the left holds a blue hair dryer I added.

The one one on the right holds a blue brush

and a fabulous hard to find faux "Louis

Vuitton" purse by Rement

(I bought these beautiful high color dolls 

 and did not want them to

get dusty).

Apparently these two girls can only do 

one type of cut it seems!
