Vintage Carol Sue doll probably by

 the Admiration Toy Co.  

Dolls resemble the ones that came on

  Valentine candy boxes, but these

 have the wider

  Ginny type bodies. 

Dolls are strung and clothes are

  stapled on  with mohair wigs.

 I was searching for a

 "Carol" doll as so many 

 collectors have that name! 

      This doll resembles Laverne I think!

She looks so much like Shirley from the sitcom!

The dolls are excellent

but the boxes are really rough

and cellophane is taped.
