                                           Note the single raised headboard.

Several headboards in Madame’s white line remained 

virtually identical in design and construction to those used earlier 

in Mr. Scova’s pastel/stained pieces. 

Some of the twin beds in Madame’s white furniture line

 have prominent footboards and headboards 

while some have just the single white headboard as shown above.

 Pieces have also been seen without a visible headboard 

or footboard. (I wish I had them all!)
