This Ginny is a reproduction doll from 2003.

She is called "Silver Stars Ginny".

Note her gorgeous "ice blue" eyes.

 Vogue stopped making dolls with this lighter eye color

and I am guessing that is because

these eyes are either more expensive

or perhaps too difficult to photograph with a flash

 which just washes the eye color out.

The pics here are taken without a flash.
